Todd Wayne Tarver

On July 18th, 2026, Todd Wayne Tarver passed peacefully from this existence into the next at home, with family.

Todd Wayne was born March 21st, 1966, in Amarillo, TX to Elizabeth Beadle and Frankie Wayne Tarver.
He lived many places but ultimately always referred to San Leon, TX as home. Todd married Michele Fronkier and had two daughters, Rhiannon Parish and Stevie Tarver. Later, after moving to Kentucky, Todd re-married Trudy Crew and settled in Somerset, KY. Todd was a journeyman electrician, mechanic, pipefitter, painter, and about anything else he could learn to do. He was the wildest- ride of a man. He was big, strong, loving, hilarious, tough, but always the story- teller and life of the party. Everywhere he went, Todd left a lasting impression. He lived hard and fast and then over time, soft and slow. He was an accomplished artist both artistically and musically, joined and left the Navy, loved fishing and history but above all, Todd loved his family, friends and God.

Todd is survived by his adoring family, ex-wife, Michele Fronkier, daughters Rhiannon Parish and Stevie Tarver, 4 grandchildren Bella Garza, Lyric Garza, Fleetwood Whisman, and Parker Thomas. Mother, Elizabeth Beadle, Brothers Lonnie Tarver, Sean Arnold, Joe Tarver and sister Tyra Lecompte along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Trudy Tarver, father Frankie Wayne Tarver, and brother Lindy Tarver.

We choose to honor and celebrate the legacy of our beloved father by continuing to tell his stories (all true) forever. Hurry Up.
