Pamela Sue Prochaska-Castleberry Obituary Pamela Sue Prochaska-Castleberry, 56, of Cleveland, Oklahoma passed away on August 3, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on February 14, 1955 to Clyde and Opal (Passmore) Gregory. She was a graduate of Hominy High School. Pamela worked in the Health Care industry taking care of disabled individuals. She considered herself a mother too many especially Jeneen Cowan and Jamie Gaylord. Pamela married Charles Castleberry and they made their home in Cleveland. Pamela enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, telling funny stories, early morning drives, going fishing, and loved her family dearly. When it came to speaking her mind she had no sensor. She is survived by her husband Charles of the home; two sons: Dustin Gregory and wife Heather of Yukon, Oklahoma; Chris Prochuska and Fiancé Julie of Hominy; 10 grandchildren: Jeffrey, Ethan, John, Eric, Darian, Katlyn, Bailey, Chris Jr., Aliviah and Hannah; cousin Cindy Mantooth , uncle Rex Mantooth, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter Alexandria Grace Prochaska, brothers Ed and Clyde Duane Gregory, cousins Robin and Carol, aunt Edith Mantooth and several other loved ones. Memorial services were held Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Hominy, Oklahoma. Waylon Stokes officiated the service. Musical selections were "Amazing Grace" and "When I Get Where I'm Going". Arrangements were made under the direction of Powell Funeral Home, Hominy.
