Freddie Allen Keeling was born on July 10, 1958, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jimmy Jack and Mary Mae (Moss) Keeling. Freddie grew up with two brothers Steve and Dale. He grew up in the area around Hominy and Hallett. Freddie left school and went to work in construction. He ran heavy equipment.

Freddie loved his wife, Cindy very much and his four dogs Red Bone, Sade, Kylee Rose and Poncho

Freddie is survived by his wife Cindy, his mother Mary Mae Keeling, his two brothers Dale (Mary) Keeling and Steve Keeling. He is preceded in death by his father Jimmy Jack Keeling
