Terry Michael Meadows, 32 years, of Shidler, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Terry was born November 23, 1983 in Huntington, West Virginia to Garland A. and Lisa V. (Bartlett) Adams. He was raised in Hominy and worked as a roughneck on oil drilling rigs. One of his favorite things to pass the time was fishing. He also loved playing with his nieces and nephews and just spending time with his family.
Terry is survived by: his parents, Garland and Lisa Adams of Shidler, OK; a brother, Daniel Meadows and his wife, Kristen, of Pawhuska, OK; 2 sisters: Shannon Meadows and her companion, Joseph Humphrey, of Cleveland, OK, Patrishia Meadows and her companion, Marvin Reeves, of Arkansas City, KS; 7 nieces and nephews: Madison, Ethan, Kelcey, Jacob, Kalysta, Leviticus and Kasey.
Terry is preceded in death by his grandparents.
The funeral service was held at 2:00PM, Thursday, October 20, 2016 with the Pastor Waylon Stokes officiating.
