Sherry Jolene McFee Obituary Sherry Jolene McFee, 64, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away August 11, 2008 at her home. She was born October 15, 1943 to Daniel Boone and Helen Beatrice (Hatfield) McWhirt at Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Sherry married Wayne King McFee Sr., on October 4, 1962 and he preceded her in death on July 14, 1994. She was a long-time Tulsa resident. Sherry had been employed by the Hemphill Corporation as a Project Manager. She was a very devoted Christian. Sherry is survived by one daughter- Missy Valencia and husband Carlos of Owasso, Oklahoma; one son- Wayne McFee Jr., of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five grandchildren and one brother- Ted McWhirt of Kellyville, Oklahoma. Her parents, husband and a brother- Jack Sweeden preceded her in death. Services for Sherry were Friday, August 15, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Formby officiating. Casket bearers were Wayne McFee Jr., Carlos Valencia and Ted McWhirt. Burial was in the Ridge family cemetery North of Hominy. Arrangements were made with Powell Funeral Home, Hominy, Oklahoma.
