Ruthie Neoma Montgomery

Ruthie Neoma Montgomery, 81 years, of Hominy, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at her residence, in Hominy.

Ruthie was born in Vian, Oklahoma, on October 28, 1936, to Jack and Olive (Matthews) Mathis. She married Charles Lee Montgomery, whom passed away in 2009.

She is survived by one son, Charles E., and wife, Teresa Montgomery, of Wynona, OK, three daughters, Ruby Neoma Stokes, of Cleveland, OK, Joyce Rushing, of Perkins, OK, and Sharon and husband James Harding, two brothers, Frankie, and Andrew Jackson Matthis, of Sallisaw, OK, two sisters, Bonnie, of Sallisaw, OK, and Edna, 17 Grandchildren, 26 great Grandchildren, and 2 great-great Grandchildren.

Ruthie is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles Lee Montgomery, son, Ronald Ray Montgomery, Grandson, Matthew Leon Stokes, and great-great Grandaughter, Natalie Neoma.
