Raymond Dobson

Raymond H. Dobson was born on June 13, 1924 in Blackburn, Oklahoma to John Dobson and Lula Mathers Dobson. He passed from this life on Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma having reached the age of 90 years, 5 months, and 3 days. He married Jessie Riddle Dobson on April 19, 1947 in Perry, Oklahoma and she preceded him in death on May 22, 2004. They moved to Tulsa from Pawnee over fifty years ago. He served in the Armed Forces during World War II from 1943 until 1946, where he was stationed in France and England. He was a Barber for over thirty years, and also owned his own trash service. Raymond is survived by his son, Tommy Dobson, Tulsa, plus a number of other relatives, and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Friday, November 21, 2014 at Highland Cemetery, Pawnee, Oklahoma.
