Randy Davis

Randy D. Davis, age 52 of Hominy, Oklahoma passed away on November 14, 2011 at his home in Hominy. He was born November 24, 1958 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma to Ancil D. and Sue (Lambert) Davis. Randy was a graduate of Hominy High School with the class of 1977. He received an Associates Degree from Northern Oklahoma College, and a Bachelor and Masters Degree from Oklahoma State University. After college Randy became the Technology Instructor and assistant Football coach at Hominy Public Schools. Randy then became the head Football Coach and technology Instructor for Inola Public Schools. In 1997 he became the Campus director for Tri-County Tech in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Randy's true passion was home building and design and in 1995 he started Randy Davis Homes with many custom built homes in the Skiatook area. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. Randy is survived by his daughter Kali Davis of Tulsa; his parents Ancil and Sue Davis of Hominy; one sister Ronda Jones of Hominy; a brother Rocky Davis of Skiatook; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 18, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hominy First Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Formby officiating. Musical selections for the service were "When I Get Where I'm Going", "Amazing Grace, My Chains are Gone" and "Shout To The Lord". Arrangements were made with Powell Funeral Home, Hominy, Oklahoma.
