Misty Lynn Fallin

Misty Lynn Fallin, 41 years, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away at her home, after a 15 year battle with kidney failure. Misty was born in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, on Wednesday, April 6, 1977 to David Scott and Dixie Elaine (Dobbins) Fallin.

Misty leaves behind: her beautiful daughter, Jacquelynn Marie;

her mother, Dixie Fallin-Slamans and her husband, Robert Slamans, of Skiatook, OK; her sister, Ginger Fallin-Sexton, and her husband, Tommy Sexton; her nephew, Tres Sexton; her niece, Fallin Sexton, of all of Collinsville, OK, her grandmother, Jean Fallin, of Hominy, OK; 6 aunts, 3 uncles, and 19 cousins, and numerous other family members.

Misty is preceded in death by: her Daddy, Scott Fallin.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, July 13, 2018, at the Church of the Nazarene in Hominy, Oklahoma with the Pastor Carl Brown officiating. She will be laid to rest in A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery in Hominy
