Mary Lorene Pace Obituary Mary Lorene Pace, age 102 of Barnsdall, Oklahoma, passed away October 3, 2009 at the residence of her daughter in Skiatook. Mary was born November 22, 1906 in Fairview, Oklahoma to William Oscar and Nancy Margaret (Weaver) Cramer. She was raised in Hominy and lived here most of her life. She married Fred Thomas Whiteman Chambers September 11, 1925 and he died May 8, 1937. Mary married Bennie Franklin Pace September 6, 1940 and he preceded her in death August 5, 1970. Mary was a homemaker. She was a member of the Lighthouse Family Worship Center in Barnsdall. Mary is survived by five children- Oscar Chambers and wife Noma, Margarette DeWolfe and husband Paul, Charles Chambers and wife Ruth, Nadine Blackwell and husband Alvin and Ruth Stockham and husband Tommy; twenty-one grandchildren; forty-six great grandchildren; sixty-one great, great, grandchildren; and two great, great, great, grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, two spouses, one son Bennie Pace Jr., one step-daughter Vivian Benefield, three brothers, three sisters, two grandchildren, two great, great grandchildren, and step-son Wyman Chambers. Service will be Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lighthouse Family Worship Center in Barnsdall, Oklahoma with Pastors- Barry and Kathy Gott officiating. Vocalist will be Virginia Carroll; music selections are Sheltered in the Arms of God , Victory in Jesus and Ill Fly Away . Casket Bearers will be Brandon Chambers, B.J. Corbin, Jimmy Downey III, Buddy Blackwell, Nicholas Massey, Ben Pace III and Honorary Casket Bearer will be Griffin Paul. Interment will be in the A.J. Powell Cemetery under the direction of Powell Funeral Home, Hominy, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers give to: Lighthouse Church Bldg./Missions Fund- P.O. Box 662, Barnsdall, Oklahoma 74002.
