Leo Tilley Obituary Leo Tilley, 85, of Prue, Oklahoma passed away at her residence April 15, 2008. She was born on October 28, 1922 to William Charley and Cloe (Reid) Tilley at Rock Springs, Arkansas. She married Liney Earl Tilley on June 25, 1938 in Rock Springs, Arkansas. They were married 69 plus years. They have lived in Prue about sixty years. She attended the Assembly of God Church in Prue. She worked in the Tent Factory during war-time in the 1930s thru 1940s in Pawhuska and she then at Munsingwear Inc., as a seamstress and she was a homemaker. Her husband Liney of the home; two daughters, Geneva Chenvert of Disney, Oklahoma and Charlotte Loomiller of Owasso, Oklahoma; a son Sammy Earl Tilley of Tulsa, Oklahoma; six grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren survives her. Her parents, a sister Bernice Baker and a brother Claude Tilley preceded her in death. Services were Friday, April 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Prue, Oklahoma with Rev. Bill Lay and Rev. Garry McDevitt officiating. Music selections were Stroll Over Heaven with You , Beulah Land and Ill Fly Away sang by Cornbread Country. Casket Bearers were Randy Cooper, Travis Tilley, Kevin Foster, Dwin Thompson, Craig Loomiller and Charles Chenvert. Interment was in the Prairie View Cemetery at Prue. Arrangements were with the Powell Funeral Home, Hominy, Oklahoma.
