Kenneth R. Robertson

Kenneth Reece Robertson, 69 years, of Hominy, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at his home surrounded by family.

Kenneth was born June 13, 1950 in Fairfax, Oklahoma to Robert and Ella Robertson. Kenneth married Cynthia on August 24, 1977. They then made their home in Hominy, Oklahoma. He worked for the City of Hominy from July 5, 1981 and retired (completely) in February 2019. Kenny enjoyed coon and deer hunting, fishing with his grandkids, and going to the lake with family and friends.

Kenneth is survived by: wife, Cindy Robertson; two sons, Kenneth Robertson Jr., and Ralph Robertson and wife Roxanne of Hominy; two brothers, George Robertson, Johnny Robertson and wife Susie; sister, Cleo Robertson and husband Don; five grandchildren, Jacqueline Bryant and husband Nick, Jake Donnelly and wife Madison, Jade, Jeremiah, and John Robertson; two great-grandchildren, Zane and Zoey Donnelly; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Kenneth is preceded in death by: parents, Robert and Ella Robertson; brothers, Robert Robertson Jr., Howard Robertson, Lee Junior Wilkson, Lloyd Robertson; sister, Gladys Bernice Robertson; daughter, Leslie Donnelly.

Visitation will be from 2:00PM-8:00PM, Saturday, January 04, 2020 and 1:00PM-8:00PM, Sunday, January 5, 2020.  Funeral service for Kenny will be at 10:00AM, Monday, January 6, 2020 at the Assembly of God in Wynona, Oklahoma with Travis Barbee and David Downing officiating. Pallbearers will be Hobie Robertson, Billy Robertson, Jake Donnelly, Roger Wheeler, Jason May, James Cotton. Honorary bearers will be Jimmy Coon, Wayne Robertson, Jeremiah Robertson, John Robertson, Dale Crenshaw, Bryan Cotton. Burial will follow services at A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery in Hominy, Oklahoma.
