Judith Ann Beattie

     Judith Ann Beattie, wife of Ralph E. Beattie, passed away, Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at the Cleveland Manor Nursing Home at the age of 80 years.  Judith was born on September 27, 1941 at Lebanon, Indiana to William James and Anna Lucille (Tripp) Green.  She was raised in Lebanon, eventually moving to Fort Worth, Texas where she met and eventually married Ralph in 1983.  In 2009, they moved to Hominy and in 2010 moved to out to their home near Blackburn in Pawnee County.  Judith was very artistic, and enjoyed doing colored pencil drawings.  She also enjoyed horse back riding.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and two children Shirley Snyder and Jimmy Ray Baughman.  Survivors include her husband of 39 years Ralph Beattie of the home; two sons - David and Steve Barton, two daughters Becky Rogers and Patty Smith and a grandson Andrew.

     Visitation for Judy will be Monday, February 21st from 10:00 to 5:00 and Tuesday from 10:00 to 5:00 at the Powell Funeral Home, Hominy.  Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 23rd at the A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery, Hominy with Pastor Billy Bob Fuller of the Blackburn First Baptist Church officiating.  Arrangements and services have been entrusted to the Powell Funeral Home, Hominy.
