Joshua Roy Barba, 29 years, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2015 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Joshua was born on August 4, 1986 in San Luis Obispo, California to John and Patricia (DeMairria) Barba. The family moved to Hominy, Oklahoma in March 1999 and Joshua graduated from Hominy High School in 2005. He has lived in Sand Springs the last year and a half.
Joshua's favorite things were fishing, camping, Disneyland and going to the casinos. He was known for calling everyone by a special nickname and he loved his dog, Zip, dearly.
Joshua is survived by: his parents, John and Patricia and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The memorial service was held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 15, 2015, graveside at A. J. Powell Memorial Cemetery in Hominy with Daniel Christian officiating.
