Jo Emma Harlan Obituary Jo Emma Harlan, 58 of Hominy, Oklahoma passed away April 19, 2009 at Hominy. Jo was born August 7, 1950 to Wilson and Matilda Mae (Lacy) Sample in Arkansas. She had been married to Gary Bradley, Robert Lovell and Art Harlan; Art preceded her in death. She had worked as a caregiver for several years. One son- Chris Lovell; five brothers and sisters- Fred Bays, Garland Bays, Mattie Jacobs, Jewell George and Cecil Andrew Bays, survive her. Her parents, husband Art, a brother and two sisters- Wilsie and Mary, preceded her in death. Her service will be Friday, April 24, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor, Lee Nirschl officiating. Arrangements were made with Powell Funeral Home, Hominy, Oklahoma.
