Jessie Hestes Holt Obituary Jessie Hestes Holt, 93, of Wynona, Oklahoma passed away April 9, 2008 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was born on June 12, 1914 in Ada, Oklahoma to Jess Wallace and Sidney Ann (Howard) Cosper. Jessie married Joseph Tine Andrew Holt on July 15, 1933 in Porum, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on June 12, 1997. Jessie was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God Church in Wynona. She had lived most of her life in Wynona. Eight children survive Jessie: Andrew (Mickey) L. and wife Annetta Holt of Pawhuska, Oklahoma; Dorthea Livergood and friend Delmer of Carney, Oklahoma; Dean and wife Donna Holt of Ravenna, Ohio; Judy and husband George Rogers of Hominy; Kenneth and wife Natalie Holt of Hominy; Linda and husband Jim Doolittle of Akron, Ohio; Darlene and husband Bob Burks of Broomfield, Colorado and Bryan and wife Rapsie Holt of Wynona. Many, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; one special great nephew who was so kind, helpful and loving to her, Trenton Don Bass of Hominy; and one sister Jewel Holt of Tuscumbia, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Jearl Holt and ten brothers and sisters. Funeral services for Jessie were Monday, April 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Assembly of God Church, Wynona with Rev. David Downing officiating. Vocalist was Ruth Downey singing In the Garden and Amazing Grace. Casket Bearers were Jesse Holt, Buck Holt, Matt Waltman, Raymond Grimm, Kyle Grimm and Brandon Rogers. Interment in the A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery was under the direction of Powell Funeral Home, Hominy, Oklahoma.
