Jerry Edward Patterson Obituary Jerry Edward Patterson, age 64 of Sand Springs, Oklahoma passed away January 6, 2009 at his residence. Jerry was born December 26, 1944 to Jeff Edward and Velma (Watts) Patterson in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. He attended and graduated from Prue Public School and attended Vo-Tech where he took Truck Driving. Jerry served in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany. He is a life-long resident of the Prue, Cleveland, Hominy and Sand Springs area, living the last five years in Sand Springs. He worked as a Truck Driver and Construction Worker. Jerry was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Sand Springs and a member of the Green Mountain Men. He is survived by four daughters- Angela July of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tonya Walker of Owasso, Oklahoma, Tina Patterson and Tess Patterson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one son- Todd Patterson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two sisters- Rebecca Kirby of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Laura Hanson of Utah; a brother- Thaddeus Patterson of Branson, Missouri. His parents and two brothers- Russell and Junior preceded him in death. Graveside Service in the Prairie View Cemetery in Prue, Oklahoma was Friday, January 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Michael R. Cartwright Sr., officiating. Arrangements were made with the Powell Funeral Home, Hominy, Oklahoma.
