Ina Rose Evans

Ina Rose Evans was born on February 8, 1957, to Willie and The.Ima Treadwell in Checota Oklahoma. She was the only girl out of four siblings. On January 9, 2023, she passed from this life with her loved ones by her side and celebrated a reunion in heaven with her husband, mother, and many other loved ones.

Ina Married the love of her life, Mark Jay Evans on Valentine's Day February 14, 1991, in a small tabernacle Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ina and Mark got to spend 24 years of Marriage together. They were blessed with two children, Matt Huffman, and Margaret Sellers. Ina earned an associate degree and worked for HILTI. After Maggie was born, she became a stay-at-home mom until Maggie started school. She then worked helping her husband Mark at Mark Evans Roofing. She was a tough lady and worked very hard.

Ina's favorite hobby was playing softball and after she had Maggie, she gave it up and spent her time raising her children. She was her children's biggest fan. She never missed a baseball or softball game of theirs. Matt and Maggie's teammates also favored her, and she supported them the same way she did her own kids. She became a mom to many of them. Ina enjoyed playing uno with her kids and their friends, and she would always call them out when she caught them cheating. Ina was also a great artist and loved painting. Ina enjoyed watching scary movies and she liked to share the scare with those close to her because it made her laugh. Ina spent about every weekend either in the heat or cold at her kid's baseball or softball games. Ina was blessed with one grandchild Lynnleigh Rose Sellers who shares her middle name. Ina lived with John and Maggie for the last 2 years where she got to make many wonderful memories with her kids and her granddaughter. Ina's children say they she was a woman who loved unconditionally. It didn't matter what time of night it was if you woke her up telling her you were hungry, she would get up and cook you food. Maggie said that her mom would rub her hair every night to get her to fall asleep and never complained one time about it.
