Frances E. Owsley

Frances Estelene Owsley, 74 years, of Holdenville, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Heritage Village Nursing Home, in Holdenville.

Frances was born in Hominy, Oklahoma, on April 21, 1944, Jones Quarles and Katie Lee (Moss) Owsley. She received her early education in Hominy, and was raised in Hominy and Bartlesville.

She is survived by three sisters, Joyce Hambright, of Tulsa, OK, Mary Blacow, of Corpus Christi, TX, Patricia Snodgrass, of Edmond, OK, one brother, Douglas Baker, of Sulphur, OK, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Frances is preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Owsley, Clifford Owsley, and one sister, Elizabeth Neagle.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at 11:00AM, at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel, in Hominy, with Joe Hambright officiating.
