Obituary for Donald Andrew Endress Jr. Donald Andrew Endress, age 36, of Bixby, Oklahoma passed away November 19, 2011 at Bixby. Donald was born January 29, 1975 to Donald Andrew and Bettie Jo (Tinsley) Endress at Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a long-time resident of Hominy, Oklahoma before moving to Tulsa. D.J. graduated from Hominy Public Schools in 1993. He had worked in the medical field as a nursing assistant working at Hillcrest Hospital ICU Cardiac Unit. D.J. was employed at Kinetic Concept Inc., as a medical equipment technician, he enjoyed Hominy Sports: football, basketball, baseball and enjoyed his friends and co-workers. D.J. is survived by one son- Austin Andrew Endress of Collinsville; three sisters- Barbara Philippe and husband Jay of Parker, Colorado, Debra Tull and husband Dennis of Cushing, Oklahoma, Donna Jones of Kansas City, Missouri; four brothers- Michael Endress and wife Lori of St. Peter, Minnesota, Bobby Endress and wife Michele of Moore, Oklahoma, Darrell Endress and wife Janet of Sperry, Oklahoma and Jason Endress of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Several nieces and nephews- Ashley Cockerham and husband John, Matthew Philippe, Jeffrey Philippe, Kyndal Endress; Ethan Endress, Zachary Endress, Jacob Endress, Savannah Endress, Ryan Endress, Richard Brophy, Brian Brophy along with other family, special friends and loved ones. His parents preceded him in death. Funeral services were Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Nazarene with Pastor Carl Brown officiating. Recorded music was "Circle of Life", "Gone Too Soon", "With Hope", "Love Has Come", "Tears in Heaven", "Turn, Turn, Turn", and "Forever Young". Casket bearers were Teddy Humphrey, Timmy Shadlow, Eric Daniels, John Griffin, Daniel Adams, Larie Mobley, Jorey Cowan and Ryan Bohner. Interment was in the A.J.
