Daisy Marie Behrens Obituary Daisy Marie Behrens, 91, of Hominy, Oklahoma passed away January 8, 2011 at Cleveland, Oklahoma. Daisy was born December 12, 1919 at Pawnee, Oklahoma to Clyde C. and Celia (Spillers) Creason. She graduated from Pawnee Public Schools. Daisy and J.D. Baldy Behrens were married August 26, 1936 in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Baldy preceded her in death in 1989. Daisy had worked for Munsingwear as a seamstress but presently was retired. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Hominy. Daisy is survived by 2 sons: Clyde Behrens and wife Kay of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Steve Behrens of Pawhuska, Oklahoma; 6 grandchildren: Bret Behrens and wife Bing of Arkansas, Jerry Behrens and wife Amy of Hominy, Rhonda Waters and husband Rick of Ponca City, David Rush and wife Kim of Tulsa, Debra Horany and husband Jeff of Oklahoma City, and Jennifer; and 9 great grandchildren: Harly, Ryan, Kara, Savanna, Wyatt, Austin, Triston, Joshua and Launi. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a sister. Funeral Services for Daisy are Friday, January 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church, Hominy, with Pastor Wayne Brown officiating. Taped music will be How Great Thou Art , Amazing Grace and Ill Fly Away . Casket Bearers are Jerry Stevens, Joe Damron, David Rush, Jimmy Evans, Joe Maker, Don Manning and Honorary Casket Bearers Rex Mantooth, Oren Adams, Rick Waters, Ryan Waters and Jeff Harany. Graveside Service will be in the Maramec Cemetery, Maramec, Oklahoma at 2:00 p.m. January 14, 2011, under the direction of Powell Funeral Home.
