Princess Colleen Faye (Moore) Chouteau was born December 17, 1927 in Washunga, Oklahoma to Robert Moore and Margaret (Monroe) Moore. She passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 87 years old. Colleen married Leroy Chouteau and he preceded her in death. Colleen loved to cook for the family, loved attending Pow Wow, loved to dance she knew everyone and have good fellowship at the Pow Wows. She loved wearing her High Heels Shoes. She was on the cover of Life Magazine at the age of twelve years old in 1939. Colleen loved her church and her work. She was a very strong and independent woman. Always took great care of her family. Colleen is survived: 2 Sons: Loran Littlecrow, Jr. Tulsa, OK, Lanny Littlecrow Sr., Tulsa, OK; daughter: Lynne Eloise Littlecrow, Tulsa, OK; stepchildren: George, Nelson and LuAnn Chouteau, grandchildren: Lanny Littlecrow Jr., Cody Littlecrow, Stephen Littlecrow, James LIttlecrow, and Laurie Littlecrow Kennedy: Great Grandchildren: Cheyenne Littlecrow, Shawnee LIttlecrow. Kaci Kennedy, Ashley Stockton and Jacob Gourd Buck. Brothers and Sisters: Bobby Edward Moore and his wife, Felicia, Jimmy Lee Moore and his wife, Carolyn, Julia Ann Tah and her husband, Mike, Oreasa Shotton and her husband, Randy, Alvin Moore and his wife, Denise and Bradley Moore. Special Friends: Jerry and Julia Gustafson. Colleen was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Chouteau, her parents, Robert and Margaret Moore, Grandson, Richard Littlecrow, Granddaughter, Andrea Littlecrow, sister, Marvel Moore and Brother, Lamont Conn. Services will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 2:00 P. M., at the Otoe-Missouria Cultural Center, Red Rock, with the Native American Church officiating, burial will follow at the Otoe-Missouria Cemetery, under the direction of the Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Pawnee, Oklahoma.
