Brett Edmund Cotton Obituary Brett Edmund Cotton, age 46, of Hominy, Oklahoma, passed away at his home on November 30, 2008. Brett was born October 18, 1962 to Billy and Mildred Elizabeth (Wilcox) Cotton at Hominy, Oklahoma. Brett graduated from Hominy Public School. He had been employed at Samson Resources in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a file clerk for many years before becoming disabled. He enjoyed traveling, photography and visiting with his family. Brett is survived by his mother, Mildred of the home- five brothers- Billy Cotton and wife Kim of Stroud, Oklahoma, Bryan and wife Regina Cotton of Hominy, Barry and wife Alice Cotton of Hominy, Bruce and wife Ronni Sue Cotton of Skiatook, Oklahoma and Boyce and wife Denise Cotton of Granbury, Texas. Ten nephews- Michael Cotton, Ryan Cotton, Sheach Bates, James Cotton, Nathaniel Cotton, Chet and wife Whitney Cotton, Chris Netto, B.J. and wife Brandy Cotton, C.J. Cotton and Adam Cotton; seven nieces- Rachelle Bates, Roxanne and Ralph Robertson, Elizabeth Cotton, Jenni Cotton, Fonda Cotton, Danna Brady and Candace White. Thirteen great nieces and nephews and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father- Billy Cotton, grandparents- Uras Cotton, Lee and Callie Hancock, Floyd and Edith Wilcox. Memorial service was Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at the A.J. Powell Cemetery. Arrangements were made with Powell Funeral Home, Hominy, Oklahoma.
