Albert Ray Ledbetter

Albert Ray Ledbetter, 73 years, of Hominy, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at his home in Hominy.

Albert was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 15, 1945 to Arthur Lee and Louise LaVell (Self) Ledbetter. He was raised and educated in Hominy Schools. Albert married Wanda Carlene "Cricket" Jones on June 30, 1964 in Fairfax, Oklahoma. Albert and Wanda made their home in Fairfax and also, Collinsville, Oklahoma, coming home to Hominy in 2007. Albert worked as a mechanic for Auto Plus in Fairfax, retiring in 1988.

Albert is survived by: 2 daughters; Barbara Roberts of Hominy, OK and Melissa Pierce of Skiatook, OK; 1 son: James Ray Ledbetter of Albuquerque, NM; 1 brother: Marvin Ledbetter of Cleveland, OK; 1 sister: Wanda Alene Ledbetter of Cleveland, OK; 5 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Albert is preceded in death by: his wife: Wanda Carlene Ledbetter in 2015; his parents: Arthur and Louise Ledbetter; and his sister: Carol Jean Schantz in 2016.

Memorial services will be private family services.
